Sample regions

Regions serve as organizational units for displaying regions to users instead of clusters directly. They are not tied to specific geographical locations but help users select the right group of clusters. You can edit the region of a cluster at any time, although this is often done only once during initial setup.

Creating a Region

To create a new region, use the quick create icon when adding a cluster in the dashboard. Choose a descriptive name for the region, such as “Frankfurt, Germany” or “us-east-1”.
